"2024 Spring/Taoxichuan Art Fair", organized and hosted by Taoxichuan Art Center, was held in Jingdezhen, China's world-famous porcelain production center and selected as the "World Capital of Handicrafts and Folk Arts" by UNESCO. 217 ceramic artists and academicians from 34 countries attended the ceramics fair, which took place between 29 April and 5 May. Six teams representing Turkey were invited to the fair, including staff and graduate students from the Ceramics and Glass Teaching Department of the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture of our university.
Prof. Buket Acartürk, Assoc. Dicle Öney, lecturers Mustafa Erden and Tuba Marmara, research assistant Beyza Usta and Ceramics and Glass program graduate student Emine Keskin exhibited the standard ceramic products of Sakarya University at the fair. In addition, the artistic works of the team met with production at the International Modern Ceramics Exhibition organized within the scope of the fair.
