Sakarya University Faculty of Art Design and Architecture was established in 29.04.1997 consisting of three departments as Painting, Ceramics and Traditional Turkish Handicrafts. The faculty started the education in 2000 and gave first graduates in 2004. Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design and Interior Architecture departments were established in 2009 and the number of departments reached to 7.
